Last month I came across Pure Brot Bread in Nature's Basket in Mumbai. They have a huge collection to choose from. I have tried their sourdough onion bread, the chocolate babka and japanese milk bread.Local Guide · Level 6
I strongly feel that the fine folks at Brot must have been poets to begin with, their bread is prose and is possibly the finest bread you can get in India, the Babka is divine and the whole wheat sliced bread is the real deal. I love Brot and you will too.Awas, Alibaug
We started with their sour dough and realized that is just the tip of the iceberg! With an assortment of sweet breads and healthy seed breads, there is something for everyone and needless to say a treat for bread lovers! Appreciate their range, quality and service!Local Guide · Level 4

Really delicious, very healthy bread with character and flavour! The best I've found in the city after searching and trying out many 'artisan breads'. It really makes all the difference when people do things from the heart and with care, knowledge & respect.Mumbai, India
Excellent bread. We order from Pure Brot all the time. The best part is it's organic & freshly made. The kids & the adults both unanimously love the sesame & seedy varieties. Fresh, delicious & wholesome. Highly recommended!Mumbai, India
NO SHORTCUTS JUST MAKES SENSE.
- I love eating bread with lots of added gluten that makes me sick.
- I love eating eating bread with added chemical extras that make me sick.
- I love eating bread that's hard to digest and makes me sick.
Sound crazy? That's because it is!
For 15,000 years civilizations we're built on bread without added gluten; no added sugar, no added oil, no added dairy, no preservatives, no E numbers.
- remember Mesopotamia the cradle of civilization?
- The Indus Valley Civilization?
- The Egyptian Pyramids?
- The Roman Empire?
All built on bread without shortcuts.
Anything else is nonsense.
